"We would give this company 0 stars if that was available. We were charged $160 for a service visit, and the technician did not repair the machine. He stated that the repair would require two technicians, even though the needed part for our exact LG washer model had already been purchased. He was dismissive of our input and said the repair required two people. However, my husband completed the repair himself in just over an hour. For a certified LG technician, it was disappointing that he declined to perform what turned out to be a straightforward repair."
