"Scott was great. I had no idea how old my water heater was and didn't know if it would need to be replaced or just repaired. I told him what was going on and he went to work on replacing the water heater elements. He answered all my questions and showed me what I needed to do to maintain my water heater. He was very pleasant and professional. I plan on calling Simpson Plumbing again when I get ready for my plumbing upgrades.

"The technician arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment and checked the water meter on the outside of the house. He then determined the problem quickly and replaced the part in less than an hour. He offered to check the other toilets in the house to make sure they weren't leaking and then checked the meter outside to make sure he had resolved the problem. He also offered helpful tips that were greatly appreciated.

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
