"I first met. Eric. Bowman when he came by to sell me on his company, Elitextetiors nc. I was initially pleased with the plan and signed a contract for his company to build a multi level deck for my home. We gelled.. it seemed good. Actually great. THEN.. it became another story. During construction, mistakes, changes to our design and it kept going. Eventually , the decks were built, but they did not even come close to what we had envisioned. Brian, Bradley. Eric.. incommunicado when they were needed. Instead I dealt with. Alfredo Sr. .. eventually , it wasn’t the deck project I signed up or contracted for. Let’s move on to the gutter ceiling.. installed in a day and a half.. leaked! Bad placement. When I called for warranty.. they sent a handyman..! Hrs worked on it and it’s now worse! Total failure. The deck team also placed a support beam ON TOP OF MY SEPTIC TANK.. yes ! I signed an affidavit allowing it within a certain amount of proximity to said tank.. near.. not on! !!! Cost me a couple of grand there.. Eric and. Brian ..no acceptsu of this or willingness to compensate me for this egregious error. All I got was.. “. You signed an affidavit allowing, right?’ Arghhhh! IT GETS WRSR FOLKS!! I contracted with a contractor. ( not. Elitextetiors! ). To have doors installed on my new devs.. THE SECOND OR TOP DECK.. is not at the right height.. wasn’t installed on the plate for second story of my home!! IT ATTACHED TO THE WALL BEAMS And the SHEATHING OF MY HOME. It’s a FOOT OFF! BElOW THE SECOND FLOOR !It wasn’t j channeled, INSTRD.. they squished my siding behind the beam that attached it to my home! Water running down my walls. All levels. Again, I’ve tried to reason with. Brian. And. Eric. Their. Handyman was not qualified nor was he given qualified helpers. Great guy! But out of his league. So now I am at my wits end! I have paid a fortune for what is a disaster, ruining the integrity of of my home. I am ghosted, no responses. THIS IS MANY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LOST, and repairs are not forthcoming. I cannot tell you how sick I am over this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"M&G Contractor's crew was "on it"! As soon as payment agreement was made, they were there! Tore down 20x16 deck in short time and took away. Brought in wood the next day. 7 days to take out the old and in with a big new beautiful sturdy deck. Glen and his workers were polite and hardworking, Thanks, Glen! We love it! Very reasonable cost!"

"Dave came at appointed time for estimate, carefully considered the job, and provided a very competitive quote. We hired him because of his readily apparent knowledge and experience with decks. Dave increased the framing of our deck from 10' x 12' to 12' x 16'. I did the demo of the old deck boards and railing and will complete the decking next month. The framing is solid and constructed to our intended design. Dave also put in the posts for the handrails. A very nice job! Dave is the best!"

"JM Deck did a good job on building and installing a new deck for us last fall. My only complaint is that there were two small deck boards that were cut a little shorter than the others. My husband contacted them to come back to correct that problem. But, they never returned his call or came back out. Otherwise, than that we are very pleased with the new deck and it was completed on time. I am rating a "B" due to the short boards. If boards get fixed, I'll move grade to "A"."
