They were able to get a plumber out at the same time to help shut off the water and begin figuring out a repair. We had an estimate on the repair work within one day and work began one day after that. The work was done incredibly well. All of the subcontractors were on time and very efficient, very polite, great work from start to finish. Everything was done and handled in amazing time and certainly an affordable price. Jake was great to work with and extremely detail oriented. The house is back together and we couldn’t appreciate the work Eco pure and their employees and subcontractors did for us more. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on.
