Vadim called to schedule an appointment for him to come out. He said he could be there the next day. With only a 1hour window! Big guys were giving us 4 hour windows. He arrived well within his window. We were not ready to repair, as the guy we had come out and do a diagnostic from a big CO. Told us it would be a band aid, and replacing the complete unit was the way to go. 3ton unit for $15k?! We had to shop! Vadim and Cool Air for You felt he could get the A/C unit working. He took a look and fixed it in 30 minutes for far, far less cost than the big companies. Professional service. I felt like he cared. He gave us tips others haven't. Genuine guy. "Tarpy was recommended to me by an electrical contractor I trust. Scott spent the time needed to go over all options for repairing or replacing my old system. I decided to go with a full replacement, and to install new mini-split systems throughout the house. Bowen did a great job working through some tough challenges to work the cleanest install possible. We needed to make a few changes to the install plan along the way and, to his credit, the owner, Broc, stepped up and worked out a fair way to get the job done and done right. Jessica was patient and thorough with the followup paperwork. All in all, a great team, I highly recommend Tarpy, they're an honorable team that delivers on what they promise to do."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Out of four estimates this was a personal experience mom and pop compared to large companies. I am sure there are strengths for all, but for me, I liked that the owner was part of the solution. As such, be took extra time, only when I asked, to explain things to me. It felt personal and more importantly, I felt like his teams work was going to be on par with what he would do in his own home. The result was probably more than I needed, as was explained, but with the owner taking the time, I bought a larger, more expensive system. That was a big step. Then came the uncertainty of the install. That's where the experience and confidence shined. Many choices all met with concern, humor and care. It is pretty rare for me, today, to feel good about service providers in my home. Mostly met with mixed results and disappointment. My opinion is that should never happen and if it does the exception rather than the fearful expectation. These folks are too notch.
