"Dave was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to supply my quote before he left. I look forward to working with Southland heating and air. "Tech arrived on time, replaced the A/C capacitor and inspected A/C system. However, the $425 charge to replace a $20 dollar capacitor was high, in my opinion. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not asking for a quote on the phone when I requested service. Also, none of the other Angie's list providers contacted me, therefore I was desperate to have my A/C fixed since we were in a heat wave."

"Nick returned calls promptly and arrived on time.  I asked him to text me when he was on his way, and he did.  He was nice to work with and explained our options along the way.   He initially came to our house on 4:30 on a Monday.  Then he came back Tuesday with the first necessary part.  He then ordered the new furnace and installed it on Sunday, which was perfect for us, since we didn't have to take time off from work.  The replacement went smoothly.
