I would have given the company 5 stars for this job except I discovered that 6 weeks ago the previous crew failed to ensure that the gas furnaces in all 3 houses were also hooked up and working properly. After I spent the past 5 nights freezing in 30 degree weather, Robert arrived today knowing that I was pretty upset over learning about this oversight in November. Yet he remained very calm and professional throughout the process as he resolved the issues with each unit and ultimately redeemed the company's reputation in my mind. I also learned that Robert was a new hire but he had years of experience under his belt with the perfect disposition for this type of work.
