"Quick to contact me and came the next day. A leaky kitchen faucet (hose under sink) was first diagnosed as just needing a new rubber washer, but in the end turned into having to get a whole new faucet. I took his word for it, and the new faucet works wonderfully, but I still hate the feeling that it could have been a simpler (cheaper) fix."

"Abe is very personable and prides himself on his customer service. He was the first to respond to my Home Advisor request for water heater repair professionals and offered to come look at my water heater the same night. Since it was not an emergency, I waited until the next day. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because my old tank was not removed from my basement as quickly as it could have been. Overall, however, my experience with Abe's HAVAC/R was positive and I would recommend his services."

"Paul was great. He thoroughly examined the necessary repairs even discovering a problem that I was having with a strong odor coming from under a bathroom counter. Apparently the installer of my bathroom counter did not seal the pipes properly causing a slow leak and resulting in mold developing under the cabinet. In addition, Paul explained what needed to be done before hand for all repairs, offered options depending on how much you want to spend on materials, took time to listen about my concerns and answer any questions that I had. I will definitely be calling Paul again for all future plumbing issues."
