Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning called me back within minutes of my submitting a quote request, and they came out the same morning - impressive. However, his proposal was the only one that required two outdoor units and quite a bit of exterior hoses and wiring, which I had said I wanted to minimize. This was the *Cadillac* of the companies, I spoke to: the cost of a permit was included, they guarantee in writing that you will pay only the estimated price, no matter what, and they have a final, separate quality inspection that nobody else does (or at least mentions).
