The only issue is I didn't know the metal line would be replaced with plex line and I would have liked to have known the original material would be changing and why. Cost was $240/hr and I have see others for $200/hr and others higher so I guess the cost is okay but seems kind of expensive to me."

"It cost us an extra $250.00 to replace the boots which Jeff showed us on his camera phone. He said that it should be done every 3 to 4 years. We were satisfied with the work until last Tuesday? when we got 3" of rain and developed a bad leak in our house. I fumed for a couple of days and then wrote a really nasty review on Thursday evening. On Friday after I had settled down I called Jeff and told him that I was not a happy camper so he was here first thing this morning to take care of the problem and he again showed us pictures of what he found and why we had developed the leak and what it looked like after he fixed it. "The work was outstanding. The tub and shower look nearly new and the shower was pretty awful before they did the work.
The communication wasn't as smooth as I would have liked. My tenants dealt with the team and didn't have a good idea of when work was starting or when things were finished. Because I live out of town I was promised pictures of the finished work by Giovani. After I asked for them repeatedly he finally told me he'd never taken any. Not a huge problem but also not delivering what he said he would. It took a while to get the invoice for  my taxes.
That being said, I've seen the work in person now and the grout looks great.

"Our drains started backing up on all of our toilets, this occurred at about 6 PM on a Sunday evening of course.  The tech (Eli Gonzales) arrived within about 40 mins. of placing the call.  It took him about 2 hours to locate the stoppage, clear it and then to run the video camera down to take a look.  It appears that the break falls just off of my property line and if that is the case then the city will be responsible for the repair.  I'm waiting for a copy of the video to forward to the city.
Eli kept us informed each step of the way as to what he was doing, he kept his work area very clean and when he left there was no mess to clean up after him.  I am very happy having had him do the work on our house.
