Courtney contacted me within an hour or two of my requesting a quote via their website. Jaye provided an estimate for the job using pictures sent via email, and was able to provide a great design suggestion when we asked for a last minute addition to the job. "Alex and his team did great work for a logistically complex project including a small HOA, supply chain delays, and the sale of one property with repairs ongoing. Alex was a total pro. "Francisco and his team were very professional and dependable. They finished removing half of my driveway and installing it in 2 days, just like they said they would. Francisco explained to me what my home builder did wrong on my driveway and he assured me he would use rebar instead of metal mesh. "Ryan Petrich, owner of Petrich Painting and Remodeling did an amazing job of refinishing our kitchen cabinets. A previous contractor?s inept attempt to refinish our cabinets left them in terrible shape. Ryan saved the cabinets by meticulously stripping and
preparing them before he applied multiple coats of dark oak stain and lacquer, transforming them into absolutely beautiful pieces of wood. He is a perfectionist and it shows in the finished project. Ryan is very much like an artist, truly becoming ?one with the wood.? Ryan also did a great job of painting our kitchen afterwards to beautifully match the newly refinished cabinets.  Additionally, his suggestion to replace our antiquated florescent lighting fixture with five recessed can lights not only ?opened up? the feel of our kitchen, but also provided a softer illumination that highlighted the beauty of the cabinet?s wood grain.  We will be using Ryan again for our future home renovation projects. His prices are extremely fair and he is easy to communicate with. We highly recommend him.

"What made Richard first stand out among other deck builders were his relationship with his past customers and his patience. To help us to make our decision on what material to use, Richard took me to 3 sites where he had installed a Leuders limestone deck, a cedar deck, and a Ipe/Garape deck. All of his past clients were happy to see him, and all three discussed plans for future projects with him. At no time did he pressure us to make a decision. He provided us with lots of information, and then he let us make our choice.

For our deck Richard proposed several design changes that made quite a difference.  Richard saw beyond what we had to what we could have. He provided us with several 3-D designs along the way that helped us to visualize the final design. 

Richard and his crew did beautiful work that impressed my husband and father-in-law. My husband wrote: "RIchard did a top quality job building the deck.  He focused on details big and small like the footings, railings, spacing between boards, filing edges, and structural soundness.  Richard and his crew were the right choice to replace our deck."  The project took longer than expected, but RIchard made sure it was completed to his satisfaction-down to the last screw! He takes great pride in his work.
