He fixed it by replaced the fan motor and after checking the other unit, said everything was fine. cost was a little over $500 dollars. Works fine now. Better than replacing the whole unit for 15,000 or more as quoted by other A/C Repair people. Daniel was very professional and and honest"

They fixed our AC, cleaned it, sanitized it, changed our old ducts which were crumbling and worked through the heat with a smile and were extremely polite and courteous. They also totally replaced our drain pipe and flushed it. We now have clean air that doesn't smell moldy or dusty, and a better functioning AC system that'll cool the house faster and save money on electricity. He offered impeccable service and respect with understanding of my needs for plumbing repairs. All City came through with requested bids for both a 2 foot patch repair and a full water mainline replacement for several types of piping and methods. Ivan provided proper legal estimate contracts and scope of work details, responded promptly and courteously to all phone calls, emails and texts. As it turned out the County Public Works Department easily fixed the connector leak when repairing the sidewalk concrete and the mainline was confirmed as stable.
