Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. He was on time for estimates and both times he had to come to place He was the best priced The water heater is installed and working. Cons: His quote was very vague. He told me he would put plywood and install a replacement water heater. And he did. However, the first time he installed was with OSD board...basically looked like junkyard plywood that they put underneath water heater... not good and it was inside my house, maybe if this was in a garage you could get away with it, buy my water heater is in my closet. The first time they came out they installed the wrong water heater, claiming mixup at the warehouse. I can not confirm or validate this, but they did come back the next day with the correct size and also replaced the particle board stuff with real solid plywood that he put a layer of paint on. Once the discovery of the error with the wrong water heater and the bad wood. Communication got very short. He agreed to get replaced then hung up on me. We ended up texting and I offered to pay a bit extra for higher quality material, I just asked that he let me know what that cost would be. He never told me what the new cost would be until the job was completed and I was given the bill. Overall: All in all, he is very well priced, his people were on time and professional, and he did what he said he would do, so he is an honest contractor which is good. My experience was not the best but I would give him a call again however would request a more detailed quote."
