"Iâ d like to thank Ceaser Flores for the great job he did repairing our outside access door closure and locking system. Ceaser was relentless chasing down the replacement parts necessary for our issue. There was no product identification on our old door lock and it was necessary to find a duplicate so that we wouldnâ t have to repaint or refinish another type of installation. Very punctual and very professional, Ceaser got the job done! Excellent work and very much appreciated!"

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Sierra Air is the best! their service techs are professional, knowledgeable and genuine! I called in the morning about my AC being out and I had a tech at my house that afternoon. Michael was amazing and took his time to show and explain everything to my husband and I. Turns out our unit needs replacing and Michael put in the calls to have Sierra air call us and schedule a person to come out and give me and estimate. I got a call THAT DAY! I’ve been a customer for two years and with customer service and satisfaction like this I will continue to be."

"Jeff is very professional and explained everything to us. We had more issues with our duct work that required repairs. Jeff did all the repairs and we are good to go....very satisfied"

"This is the third time I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I would not use anyone else. The pricing is fair, and they are always on time. The staff calls to let you know their on the way. They explain the problem and how they intend to make the repair, no surprises. The work is done professionally with NO short cuts. Grateful to have found such a dependable business.
