We did a google search and found Advanced Resoration Services, They came the next day, removed the standing water, the wet carpeting, and brought in drying fans to dryout the basement. After everything was dry, they located the source of the leak and remedied the problem, replaced the water damaged trim, and made arrangements for the carpeting to be replaced. They also helped with insurance paperwork to ensure we got the full amount we were entitled to. VERY Pleased with the results"

"Our basement flooded and we hired Water Damage Pro Master LLC (online search for Water Damage America). They came 1 hour after the flood occurred (11pm), worked until 2am, and continued during business hours to mitigate damage and mold. They removed furniture and heavy exercise equipment and disposed of everything. The job was fast, complete, and clean; they coordinated with our insurance. We hired the company to rebuild, including walls, floor, and baseboards. It is beautiful and they were careful to keep the house clean and move furniture back into the place. Wali and Julio worked tirelessly, and were pleasant throughout the job. They have incredible skill and a lot of heart. Yousef helped us pick lovely and strong flooring. They restored my kitchen back to how it was so that you would not know that I had a pipe burst in the kitchen ceiling two separate times and water bought 2 separate parts of the ceiling down. "It went great. Jon and Joe were fantastic, as were the guys who did the remediation. There was a ton of mold under the trim around our master closet door, and they identified the source of the problem (warm humid air getting into the wall cavity from the crawl space over the garage adjacent to our closet, and condensing when it hit the back of the cool, room temperature trim around the door). Jon was very knowledgeable when he came out initially, setting our minds at ease about the problem, the source, and the severity of the problem (he was not alarmist at all and did not try to sell me any work/services that were not necessary). They arrived promptly at 8:30am as promised, sealed off all areas outside the work area, and got everything removed/cleaned, and patched up. They also showed me a picture of the work they did in the crawl space over the garage, which will stop the problem from recurring. Then they cleaned up and it was as if they were never there. And they were friendly and polite through the whole job. They not only stopped the air from getting in from the garage, but they also sealed up the door frame to make sure no more air can possibly get through to the original area and start causing the problem again. When the work turned out not to require as much drywall removal as initially projected in the estimate (there was no way to know without getting in there and looking as the job started), they adjusted the price downward without us even raising the issue. This is a super honest company. I will definitely be recommending Mold Gone to friends and family, and will use them in the future (though I hope I don't have to)."

"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. I'm very happy with the service and this company and have already recommended them too many of my friends. Keep up the great service Best Air Quality and Restoration!"
