A second project manager later admitted in writing that the work was not a full encapsulation and that pricing drove their decision to downgrade the scope?without informing me or changing the contract. Despite my efforts to resolve this professionally, including providing a third-party inspection showing missing components and offering to negotiate, the company missed three deadlines to respond. "
