The installer refused to provide detailed information about the blinds that were installed, which made the experience even more concerning. In addition, working with Andy was very difficult. Pricing changed multiple times throughout the process, and communication often became unnecessarily confrontational over minor issues. Overall, the experience lacked the professionalism, consistency, and product quality I expected."
