It was amazing to see the driver maneuver the truck with flatbed as if it were a tiny smart car. And the way they sawed and removed the slab, was a sight to be seen. Just amazing workers!!!"

"The only good thing American Home Shield has ever done for me and my family is introduce us to Lockhart Plumbing & Remodeling. We put in an issue for a leak with AHS and of course it wasn’t covered, but that wasn’t the plumber’s fault. Billy came out, explained what would need to be done and left, only to come back the next day and fix everything according to my scheduling constraints. He answered all of my questions, explained why the warranty company wouldn’t cover it (AHS is a scam and a waste of money and time. They have never fixed anything for us). He looked at a couple other things to give advice and quotes on, and was so personable and professional, I was completely comfortable having him in my house. He never complained that my issue was more difficult than he was expecting, he made a few jokes, kept in contact with both me and my husband every step of the way, and offered a very generous price. "I’ve been a loyal Snell customer for years, but this recent experience was deeply disappointing. After our AC failed in August, Snell diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil. We chose to replace the system through them, and the salesperson took time to evaluate the setup in advance. However, on installation day, the crew arrived without the correct ductwork and had to make adjustments on the fly. Unfortunately, the adjustments were poorly executed: • The Aprilaire humidifier was mounted on sloped ductwork rather than a level surface, contrary to manufacturer specifications. • The hole for the humidifier was cut inaccurately. • The drain line was left kinked in multiple places. Aprilaire support later confirmed the humidifier was not installed correctly and warned this could lead to water backing up into the system — a concern I had raised with the installers before they left. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I received no meaningful response. I was told my concerns would be escalated, but no one followed through. This was a major investment, and I now feel I need to bring in another HVAC team to correct issues that should have been resolved from the start. I’ve recommended Snell in the past, but I can’t in good faith do so now after this experience."

"The estimator/sales person and technicians were top notch. The estimator worked with me on the system requirements and the cost of a new heat pump system. My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure. The technicians did an excellent job with the install, neat and professional. The system has been working really well. Overall, I believe that I received excellent service at a reasonable cost."
