"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."

I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. "After past experiences with other local carpet cleaners, I had given up on having my carpets professionally cleaned. Other cleaners would be in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes. The carpet wouldn't be clean and would be so saturated that it took a week to dry. My carpet really needed a good cleaning and I decided to give it one more try and contacted Mike at Healthy Indoors Carpet. Mike was great. He is accommodating, punctual, considerate of my time, hardworking, and a true gentleman. I contacted him a week before Christmas for an estimate and asked if it could be done before Christmas. To my surprise, he said "yes". On the day of the job he phoned and texted me to let me know that he would be a little late. Now with most service people, this usually means that you get to cool your heels for a couple of hours. Mike arrived 10 minutes past our appointment! He started off by vacuuming the carpet. Then pretreated it before the cleaning. It was the coldest day of the winter and Mike took measures to seal if the door to minimize heat loss. Unfortunately, it was so cold that he had a problem with the lines freezing until the equipment warmed up. Needless to say, it took him a lot longer than expected to complete the job. Most contractors would have cut corners and rushed the job. Not Mike. He took his time and did the job properly. There was a high traffic area that needed a special cleaner that was not on the truck because of the freezing temperatures. Mike came back at a later date and took care of it. Because of the below freezing temperatures, water from the truck froze on my driveway. Mike asked if I had any salt and then salted the icey driveway. I was so pleased with the job that I recommended Mike to a friend that very afternoon. His attitude and professional is a breath of fresh air."
