Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired. "We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
