Kenneth, my installer, did a superb, professional install, and fully explained the operation of the new hot water heater. Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install. "John Lial and his father were very professional. When we needed to have an additional circuit breaker installed to handle the A/C, they found an electrician and came out on a Sunday to do the quote. Only issue was they only worked four to five hours the first two days, arrived later than expected each day and the job took 6 days to complete. They were late one day due to having to pick up the unit, and they did stay until everything was working properly, did a good clean up job and were courteous throughout."
