Aire Serv was able to get a technician out the same day AND fix my AC unit issue (already had the replacement part on hand - talk about being prepared)! Aire Serv also has this great courtesy service where they send a picture of your technician (for safety purposes), so you’ll know who to expect at your home. They also offer an EXCELLENT maintenance plan that I jumped on right away. Matthew, my technician, was the best! And they even let you note on your account when you have a preferred technician you’d like (which I, of course, listed as Matthew). "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
