"I don't know if our job was easier, or harder than other garage heaters that this crew (company) installed. What I do know is that the job was well thought out and done on time and on the cost quoted. My guess is that the two installers spent more time here due to the scope of the job than the sales person estimated. They kept me in the loop when it came to where they were going to run gas and electrical lines and where they were going to put the heater. Used tarps to cover those areas in our house so there wasn't any cleanliness issues there. After they were done, they made certain that all of the garage was spotless. Highest praise."

"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

They have replaced my sump pumps, hot water heater and check valve on my sewage ejection system. The last time they came out, there was an issue with the gas valve on my hot water heater and Gus, the plumber they sent explained what happened and what to do if it stops working the next time. "This guy is the man! I called him because my kitchen sink was leaking and my disposal sounded like it was dying. He came out and super honest and professional. He fixed the garbage disposal in about 30 seconds and then looks at my pipping. He told me that I needed new pipes under the sink and have me an estimate of $250. He then went to bathroom sink bc it was also leaking and told me I needed a new faucet. He came back 1 week later and replaced All of it! The pipes were $250 and the faucet was $250 (because he had to buy it and then install it) I will use him all the time moving forward!"

Any other person would tell you replace a unit when a part goes bad and the unit is 10 yrs old but no.
