"Service is always spot on with Airco, they have been maintaining our AC system for over 7 years!"

"They did a good job, but charged $195 for a $60 dollar part, plus the $70 trip fee. They did provide the 10% Angie's list discount. Total cost $256 to replace the part. Professional people and he did wash both units to remove grass build up which was very nice. Very high price."

"Great install professionals, but the salesman told us we would get 0% interest for 1 year and we were approved and we got the invoice which showed that interest was charged. We called the owner and he said he would handle it and he did not."

"Everything went well. They were fast, on time, and did the job done. I have used the service 3 times now, and they were good at what they do. I would refer them and would recommend them to anybody."

"My builder put in a thermostat we weren't really in favor of, so we called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Decatur and W Denton out of Justin and they installed a new thermostat that can be monitored from afar, by them. We feel better knowing they can check our system 24hrs\day whether we're home or not. Being away from home as much as we are, it's comforting knowing we're still looked over."

"They contacted me the same day and came out for the work two days later. They did great, clean work and were very professional and on time."

"Travis and Marci were excellent to work with. Travis knows HVAC and was very upfront with recommendations. Travis personally came to our home to get the installation started properly and Marci came at the end of the installation to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. A high integrity company, I highly recommend them."

"Came in looked at the system, said we needed to replace a part and when I wasn't interested in doing that he closed everything up and left. In the past the service providers we have used have taken readings, provided us with the diagnostics, cleaned the system and the coils. This was a huge waste of money."
