"Excellent. I asked initially for quotes for a 96% efficient system vs an 80% efficient system. Based upon the cost difference, rebates, and energy savings, the 80% efficient system matched our budget and tastes. Replaced furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier with a 10 yr parts and labor guarantee Bryant system. They were on time for the 7 AM appointment and were finished by 1 PM. I asked that they retain my 3rd generation Nest thermostat which they did, and they hooked the new humidifier to it. They tested everything (heat, humidifier, and air conditioner) before they left.
