"Wesley spent about 20 minutes at my home saying he could not figure out the electrical problem on the hot water heater and charged $145.00. Then left. Also, changed the appointment from the day before for a bigger job. A real caring guy! Money first, obviously ¦.."

Affordable Water Heaters had the best product, the best price, and the most flexible scheduling. Jeff explained the process and how to maintain the water heater. After it was installed, Jeff checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. When it comes to maintaining the home where my family lives, I am an extremely fussy client. "Had an attitude to begin, installed a gas valve (which I provided), drained the water heater but didn't divert the water out the side door with a hose(which I provided), forgot to turn water back on to tank, and didn't wave the service call like he said. Paid $355 for this and now I have to deal with the water heater he drained (without using the provided hose) soaking the hallway carpeting. Very pissed off"
