Then he left a message saying that he was having some type of computer problem. He finally emailed an estimate on 8/23. After thinking over the cost, I emailed him on 8/25 saying that we accepted the offer. I have yet to hear back from him. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and do not feel comfortable doing business with this company."
