Arrived at appointed time, very professional, a thorough inspection of house.  Inspection of crawl space showed some mold on floor joists, recommended encapsulation of crawl space.  Attic could had some additional insulation problems on vertical walls.  No high pressure to purchase services.  Provided several options to consider on resolving the issues.  Currently getting bids for various issues.
