He had a replacement on hand, though the issue was the fan as well. Travis made sure to keep me informed of parts availability (fan vendor closed on weekends), and text me updates. If his arrival time changed, he made sure to let me know. The new fan is more powerful, to provide better cooling. He noticed my refrigerant pressure was low as well, and made sure to fill it up. Travis was friendly and easy to talk to. His price was very reasonable, including all parts and multiple hours of labor over two days. My system is working well and cooling better than before. "My Jaguar had been doing quirky things like downshifting to second gear, flashing the engine light, flashing parking brake on, etc.  I read a lot about the symptoms and was prepared to spend a lot of money based on what I was reading.  ABS was able to track the underlying problem without replacing parts.  The job was completed quickly after I explained that I needed it on a certain date.  As a woman, I feel comfortable that I am not going to get ripped off anytime there is a problem...although I know we are not the only ones who get taken.    I am happy that someone recommended ABS when I was stranded on the side of the road.
