"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Sunny and his crew arrived timely, explained all of the work thoroughly, estimated the cost at every juncture and work diligently with the bureaucracy that is NYC buildings dept and Con Edison to get my 85 y/o mother's gas line repaired quickly and in compliance. He is knowledgeable about the current regulations in this regard in NYC and moved us through the process expeditiously, even personally advocating on mom's behalf to move the re-inspection dates up so that she could have her service restored faster. Sunny found a leak in the wall from the dryer vent and that the water heater was going. He gave us a break on the price in light of the extent of the job and mom's financial situation. Sunny and his team were outstanding, very neat and clean and did each task in one day. I would recommend this company to anyone. Although the job was costly, Sunny price was fair and competitive."

He replaced the malfunctioning parts and wires, and got my system up and running again. Will definitely recommend and hire again."
