"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

He quickly diagnosed the cause, researched parts (sadly were discontinued) and gave a solution to work around the issue while my new drier was on order. Without this work around, I would have been without a drier for 2 weeks. While James didn’t “fix” my appliance, his expertise, guidance and most importantly, honesty was well worth the amount of the service call. "Called Daniel for an estimate on our Stove Top removal, installation and installation of a flex gas line.  He called back and provided a reasonable and accurate estimate and was hired to do the job a few days later.  Daniel and his assistant arrived on time and successfully completed the work.  Later that night I smelt gas and he returned my call and came back the next day to check all the lines for leaks.  There were none and he called back to follow up the next day to ensure we didn't have any more difficulties.  Since then we have had no issues and also had PECO come out and check all the lines for our own sanity and there were no leaks. 
We hired Daniel again a few weeks later when our SubZero broke down and could not be repaired.  We were not going to replace with a built in and no stores would dismantle the unit before delivering our new refrigerator.  Daniel dismantled the unit and removed from the house.  He then patched the floor boards that were put in around the built in refrigerator.
He is very responsive and easy to work with.  We will definitely call him in the future for work around our house."
