"Excellent service! I had a 26yr old A/C and Propane furnace that I wanted to update to an ALL ELECTRIC high efficiency heat pump. The price in the estimate was much higher than I was expecting, but they worked with me and brought it down considerably, provided I could accept an install slot in a couple of days due to a cancellation. Go for it, I thought! Unfortunately, it turned out that the estimator/salesman (who shall remain nameless) apparently got a bit confused and set up the equipment as a hybrid propane system - not the all-electric system that I wanted. Ugh. I only realized this when the installers had the indoor unit in place, and I saw the propane burners. Doh! So, I explained the situation to them, and they pulled the unwanted unit out and jumped through the hoops to order the correct unit and its accessories (wiring, breakers etc.), with no change to the price. They were very friendly and polite through all of this even though it meant the wasted work and that they had to come back the next day with the new IDU. Anyway, the final install all went well, and they were very friendly and respectful of the property and explained all the install details as they went (sorry Melvin, for all the pestering!) I'm very happy with the company and the installer's knowledge and professionalism. RECOMMENDED!"

"I used Sila Heating Cooling and Plumbing service a few weeks ago because my HVAC system was giving me trouble. This was during the start of the heat wave and for some reason outside unit/condenser unit stopped working. The Inside unit was still working/blowing, but the condenser did not work. I called up Sila and they were able to send someone out right away. There was a program deal, so the charge to send someone out to inspect the problem was reduced to $79.00. Tyler Brawner was the technician they send out to inspect my unit. He not only found the issue, which was a worn out capacitor that needed to be replace. He clean the unit, and checked on my inside unit to make sure it was cooling properly. Tyler was a great tech who was transparent enough too discussed and guided me through everything he was doing, and provide me with some at home maintenance tips for my system. It’s about one month now and the unit is running as normal. Everything all together cost $313.37, I will definitely use their company again, check back with them close to winter to inspect the heating portion of the system."

"He explained all the parts that were needed, how an expanding pipe would be best since my mud room--where the pipe runs through--is not heated, and how the outside faucet mounting would be a bit tricky, and I couldnt be happier. I can clean my backyard, water plants, no problems at all. He also replaced my bathroom showerhead in about two minutes and I have perfect water pressure now. He was friendly, affordable, informative, and amenable. I look forward to hiring him again! <br />"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). "I had the best experience with Hecomo Heating & Cooling. My house's AC/heating system stopped working all of the sudden and the temperatures at the time were 90 degrees and up. I was desperate looking into many different companies. Many of them, came over to my house and did estimates at ridiculously high prices. Luckily, I found Hecomo. They came to my house, did an estimate and were ready to install my AC/heating unit very quickly and at a good price. Also, the customer service was great. They were there for me throughout the whole process. They explained to me everything that I needed to know about the system and the features. Everything is very modern and updated. I am very happy I found Hecomo."

"Darren, the Salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very low pressure sale tactics, but laid out all of the options for you. The crew came and finished installing a new heat pump and heat exchanger in a half day and then another individual returned the next day to install a new water heater. Great communication and attention to detail every step of the way! Would highly recommend!"

"The team arrived with A/C units that were the wrong size. To their credit, they were able to locate the right sized units and have them delivered to the house. I did have to re-sign quote paperwork though and I ended up having to pay more than what was originally quoted even though it wasn't my fault that wrong sized systems showed up. It wasn't alot more, but still. The install crew worked really hard and got the systems installed that same day and it is working much better than the old system which was on its last legs. However, I had asked them if they checked the airflow in each room and was told that the airflow in each room was good. I had also told the crew about a broken ceiling vent in my son's room and was told it would be looked at and fixed. After the crew left and the A/C came on, I went room to room to check the airflow coming from the vents and that's when I discovered that there is very little air coming from the vent in my uppermost bedroom and in both vents in the living room. I contacted my point of contact (POC) at McCrea about this situation and he told me that we are waiting on a response from the installation manager - that was 3 days ago. Also, I was told that the financing paperwork that the crew gave me to sign was all that I needed to do and McCrea would take care of the rest. However, the day after the install, I was contacted and told that I needed to go to their website and fill out a form for financing. When I told the POC about it he was like, "Yeah, go to the website and fill out the form". No apologies for the miscommunication or anything. The positive is that the installation crew was professional and worked really hard to get both systems installed in a shortened time frame due to the snafu with having wrong sized equipment. Negatives - (1) The miscommunication about the financing paperwork (2) The installation crew showing up with the wrong sized units (not their fault) (3) The vent still broken in the one room and (4) Insufficient airflow in some rooms. (5) Having to pay more for a mistake that McCrea made. Still waiting on an answer from McCrea as to if they are going to fix any of these issues. I'm happy to update this review if McCrea resolves outstanding issues satisfactorily."
