"Our AC unit stop working on Sunday night. We called our homeowner warranty company and opened a claim. American Heating and Cooling company call us on Monday morning around 10 to tell us they can get someone to our house between 2 to 4pm on the same day. The technician called us at 11am to let us know that he can actually get here within twenty minutes if it is convenient for us. It was 80? in the house and we have a newborn. We told him to come add son as h he can. Surely the technician showed up in twenty minutes. Turn up the motor for the fan in the AC unit was burnt.
