Today Joshua White did my annual plumbing inspection and when I mentioned I'd be getting new toilets soon he let me know of the wonderful credit I had and the next thing I knew...he installed my 2 new toilets in record time today at a great price. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions( tolerated my puppy)as well as gave me information. Once again I'm very satisfied with this company and their technicians."

A quick call to Brian and he said “I have appointments after lunch but can you be there in 15 minutes?” So he headed over and make the repair in about 30 minutes at a very fair price. They are that good Shawn at Top Shelf I've been dealing with me for almost two years he'd seen me at my best and my worst and he patiently waited. He did such a good job on my roof and explain it to me in such a way he has a teacher's heart, I know how to deal with the insurance companies now, I know how to deal with roofers now I know what and who to look for now for just about every project! I allowed him to take over the rest of the project on the rehab of a house I was doing.... And I am certain that it would not have been a success had I not chose top shelf at least not a big success! He showed me how to keep projects in budget he showed me or product wasn't needed and where it was needed he showed me the codes for my Town!
