Phone contacts with road crews were the issue: did not alert us of a cancellation on a wet day they were to seal the deck, then showed up on a later date without warning or a doorbell ring when they did decide to do it. Good, hard, thorough workers, to be sure, and the office-staff phone contacts were all very responsive."

"I decided to have him replace the bathroom fan motor instead of replacing the whole fan. They advertised the whole fan for $249.00 but it was smaller than the existing fan which would have left an inch opening on one side if it was installed. I decided to have the motor replaced instead for more money. Not a good deal.
