Ben came out and gave us an free estimate and told us what we needed. The fireplace in the dining room did not have a basket so we bought a great basket plus three burners, starters and artificial coals. We called Ben after all the items came in and he set up a date to come out to begin work. He told us it would take two to three days. During the whole process, Ben always showed up on time, cleaned up after himself and was very professional. He completed the job on time and the work he did was excellent! I recommend him highly. Our fireplaces were small since they were coal, so he had a challenge to get the burners in. We chose artifical coal instead of gas logs in keeping with the period of the house. It turned out better than we could have ever imagined.
