"We had a small water leak that required removal of our Master Bath Toilet, a 3'x3' section of tile and some ceiling and drywall in the basement under the toilet. Dry Effect quickly came out, surveyed the situation and had someone out within a few days to do the remediation. They then did an excellent job in putting everything back together for us completing all the work in 1 day. The entire process was spread over a couple weeks but our damage was much less than others they were dealing with - there were heavy rains during this time which caused a lot of basement flooding - so all in all, I thought the response was great. Would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, we have another problem."

"My basement would get water in it after every heavy rain and stay dry came out and showed my why my current system wasnâ t working properly and couldnâ t handle the heavy rain. There team came out and installed the new system and removed the mold my old system caused and I havenâ t had a problem since."

"Went well. Service as expected. Happy with results"

"Cincinnati Powerwash did an awesome job and will recommend them to anyone. I’ll definitely be calling back if I need them again."

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"Having a water problem is always inconvenient, costly and never fun, but I wished I would have called Teasdale Fenton right away, saving ourselves days of hard work and time, trying to fix the problem ourselves. They came out the next day, after late conversations with the owner and adjuster. Analyzed the situation, gave an estimate we didn't like hearing, BUT ,all things considered, its the smartest thing to do in a basement water issue. They sent a crew out the following day to take care of situation, Thank You Randy and Crew"

"It was amazing. They were phenomenal. One of their workers tried to make the water out. They were absolutely fantastic. They were really awesome. If anything goes wrong to my house I will call them to fix it."

"When we discovered we had at least five inches of water in our crawl space under our house and a leak that needed immediate fixing, we were in a panic. Paramount Restoration and D'Andre to the rescue! D'Andre arrived, saw the situation, took immediate action, made sure that everything was secure (the equipment had to run for 24 hours), checked in to make sure everything was going as planned and was absolutely the best. He was professional, kind, courteous, and personable - the type of person you need in a chaotic spot. Now that the water is gone and the repair done, he's got a plan in place to put in dehumidifiers and make sure no mold will start growing. This brings such peace of mind as this house is so much more than just a building - it's our home. Paramount treats it as if it was theirs and D'Andre treats us like family! Thank God there are people like these still around!"
