"Called at 8:15 am and never received a call back until 13:26. For a company that advertises they are available 24 hours a day seems a bit slow to respond in my opinion. I have called back twice since then only to get voicemail and no answer or response. No a good way to run a business in my opinion. So the next day I get a call from them and explain my frustration in being able to reach anyone and the guy says well “they stay really busy with their commercial side of the business and generate over 4 million dollars a year.” Who cares? When I as a residential customer has a problem and I am looking to hire a company to fix my problem, I don’t care how much commercial business they have or don’t have! I told him I already got it fixed by another company and then he began questioning me what company I used, how much they charged, what was the issue, how deep did they dig, and what kind of material did they use to fix it which in my opinion is NONE of their business! If they treat residential customers this way because they make 4 million a year with commercial businesses, then why do they even advertise residential services? Pathetic way of doing business in my opinion! I would not spend a dime with this company!"

"Buyer beware** Was sold a water system under false pretenses by the sales rep Jake Faker. He knew I wanted to lower my current water system payment with a fully working system which with Raab’s system our monthly bill doubled with supplies needed to “maintain” their system. After several complaints of it working improperly I was told we were to blame for their system working subpar. We requested to have it removed and our requests were bypassed by a general manager, Rusty. He claimed they had the best system and we must’ve been doing something wrong almost as if I was imagining what I was concerned with (ie making my child take a bath in GRAY WATER w/ a terrible odor.) Now we have several appliances in our home failing from corrosion bc their system has never worked. This company will promise a lot to get you to sign on the dotted line then lack customer service and listen to what any company should go by: the customer is always right. My advice ask how much the water filters are, how much your electricity bill will increase, how many trips to their store to pick up product costs, how much the bill for service calls & parts that break costs, also how much your time is worth sitting on the phone for 20 minutes at a time trying to explain your concerns that are dismissed."

Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"
