Steve visited us to discuss our specific needs and gave us a thorough education on the materials he would use, and the meticulous cleanup process his crew would use during the job. Steve was professional and courteous and responsive to our follow-up questions. I had gotten four quotes for this job and the price difference from the highest to the lowest around 15,000. While H&J was not the lowest, I chose them because Steve conveyed a lot of thoroughness and pride in his work, and took the time to make sure we understood the whole process. Plus, H&J had already done a few roofing jobs on our block, and having spoken with neighbors and seen the work firsthand, I was confident in our decision.
