The installer had the water heater I wanted on the truck and did an excellent job of putting in the new unit, cleaning up and even replacing copper flex tubing and installing a new overflow pipe out of copper as well, no additional cost. This company specializes in water heaters and couldn't do any additional work on supply lines and they clearly state that on their website. I didn't need that type of additional work."

It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY.
