"Joe was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, answered all of my questions, cleaned up after himself and did a wonderful job, with a very quick turn around time. Joe actually ended up saving me money because he was honest and told me I only needed to replace the compressor, not the air handler, as other companies I had called for estimates had told me I needed to replace. I would absolutely recommend him and his company as I am already hiring him to replace my hot water heater."

"They diagnosed a faulty gas valve. It was replaced and the system has been working well ever since. They replaced the old humidifier with a new one and it works well. Both times they were pleasant to work with, price was fair, and I will definitely use them again."

Technicians came on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked on the dryer and vent for almost 2 hours. "My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.
