  Comment: - Install / mount soundbar in family room (I already have soundbar and mounting bracket); probably need to take TV down, install the soundbar and re-hang the TV. - Install 4-8 Nest cams (I already have the Nest cams) at the corners of the house. These need power, but we have power in the attic. - Clean up wires to right of TV in family room - cut ethernet cables to fit - all wires that come in through the hole in the ceiling need to be understood – do the ethernet cables go to Wifi routers – need to label them. - Install Ring system (set to notify when a door/window is open) - audio indicator? Remove existing doorbell back to source, assuming we won’t need it with the Ring system? Does Ring have app that notifies anyone with app installed that someone is at the door? - Outdoor stereo – upgrade surround sound in outdoor theatre so that it can accommodate 5 additional zones (2 speakers each); goal is to have “normal” surround sound system in the outdoor theatre that can be extended out by the pool, outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen by turning the speakers on/off in each zone. On a “normal” night would just have surround sound system on, but if having a party / weekend, we might have all zones on. Ideally could do different sources based on zone, but maybe not necessary. I would like to understand what the options are. - As part of the above, would need: o EXISTING speakers wired back to receiver; these speakers are in the kitchen (2), in front of house (2), and near outdoor kitchen (2). These speakers already exist and are installed, just need to run the wire to the receiver. o NEW speakers needed near/above hot tub; would need new speakers (2) and wire run back to receiver theatre receiver. - Also, help getting the AppleTV remote in the outdoor theatre to control the volume on the receiver (although I think we need a new receiver to accomplish the above). These should be an easy one!
