"The call to my insurance company was very simple and only took about 10 minutes. The technician who installed my glass was very professional and friendly. They came to replace my windshield at my work that way I did not have to be inconvenienced. I recommend Family Auto Glass to anyone who needs a windshield replaced."

"Great service! They just did a windshield for me and it was great,it was all covered by the insurance . They gave us the best service and took care of our repair so easily!!! I will 100% come back and recommend them to everyone! Highly recommend!!"

"I spoke to Jim who walked me through different options. He discussed pricing, answered all my questions and did not make any attempt to steer me in any direction. I was very satisfied with the call and outcome. I will come back to Jim in the future when I need window replacement work done. Great service!"

"This was the best home improvement purchase and installation in my 27 years of owning my house. That may seem excessive, but it's true. Adriano who both sold the flooring and supervised the installation team from Seven Golden Floors, Was straightforward with his delivery promises and accurate with his price estimates. Also, while an online store delivered through FedEx and left a box of flooring on the front porch, the installation team brought their flooring over themselves and into the living room - a great relief to me. The installation was perfectly done requiring repair and installation of some baseboards as well as other tricky parts. There's a good reason these people are so highly rated here."

"I hired Reese Windows and Doors to replace 11 windows and 2 doors on my 62 year old home in Cape Coral. They did this in one day and I could not be happier. The three gentlemen they sent were polite and accommodating but far more important they knew exactly what they were doing. The work was done neatly and very professionally. Their window are beautiful, easy to use and guaranteed for life. I do not need to do any paint touch up outside or inside. All debris from the work was completely removed. Their supervisor also contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. An excellent excellent company to do business with. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did it quickly and they did it to my satisfaction and I am not the easiest person to satisfy when my money is being spent. I would strongly recommend them to provide new windows and doors."

"Highly recommend! Excellent service from Camille. They replaced our old, drafty windows quickly and professionally. The price was fair, the crew was friendly, and the clean-up was thorough."

"Very well. Called Larry to have him come to my home and help me re-engineer and install a new support for hurricane fabric on my lanai. Larry came at the agreed upon time, assessed the situation, took measurements and discussed his plan to complete the project. We agreed on his approach and he said he would call back when he is ready to complete. He called me the next day to tell me what the materials would cost since it was higher than he originally expected. I okayed the material cost. He came two days later with materials purchased, modified and ready to install. He did so and I am happy with his work. I will definitely call him again. I found him to be no-nonsense, professional and willing to tackle the task."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
