Received call Monday morning to see if he could come on over to do replacement, what a pleasant surprise! Sam arrived shortly after with water heater we discussed & all supplies needed , no running around to pickup stuff. Job completed in timely manner. Old unit hauled off and job site all cleaned. Smarthouse found it was not a big deal or expensive at all. Our dampers just needed adjusted as one was partially closed. They sent us a detailed email including further steps we could take if we chose to and with it just being the damper they didn't charge us.
