"Mr. Michael came on the day and time scheduled. In fact, he sent me a text that day of to let me know that he could arrive 40 minutes early if I wanted - which was even better. Mr. Michael provided me with a very reasonable quote for the job, which I accepted on the spot, and he completed the exterior spigot replacement well and exceptionally quickly - I think it took him only 20 minutes!
