"Was looking for a company to service/maintenance. Called them and shared my concerns. Scheduled and appointment within 3 days. Technician was polite and professional. Could tell he knew about AC unit and his profession. Fair cost/pricing Highly recommend."

"Customer service was excellent!! The job was done in a timely manner. Service on our A/C unit was excellent. Would highly recommend this company."

"Very customer service oriented, very knowledgeable, went beyond and above compared to other plumbers he had spoken with."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"It was great! The were very prompt, courteous and done the service professionally. They were on time."

"Had same day service for heating issues we were having. Was able to get a new system installed within a week (our other system had a cracked heat exchanger & found out at 17 years old & having the old R22 refrigerant, it was time to replace). Friendly, professional, great customer service, loved that they had several different finance options for me and gave me several options to choose from in the price range I was looking for, so I didn't have to worry about getting something I couldn't afford. Highly recommend calling them for service!"

"Easy to get an appointment and readily took care of installing 10 new smoke detectors. Wore a mask and was friendly and professional. Would hire again. Time of arrival delayed due to vehicle issues (which I know you can't plan for) so service was not at the time I had planned but I made it work. Promptly notified me of the delay and worked with my schedule for later that same day. I would use again."

"I have had Alder service my HVAC system for several years now and will continue to have him service my unit."

"Drew made a correct diagnosis and quick repair all with a smile and upbeat energy. Thank you Drew."

"Our tech arrived shortly after getting home from work. He was ontime and prompted. He diagnosed our issue and proceeded with the repair. The tech was from Sears Repair hired by our home warranty service [*** Link removed ***] and kudos to them for doing so! We paid $85 for the service call, but we also got quite a bit of additional info concerning our machine. Johnny was very, very informative."
