"By far the most professional and customer friendly company I found after an exhaustive search to replace a single zone high wall ductless system. They responded without delay and were able to perform the work the next day. The Service representative who did the survey for a quote (Nick) was very knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for and provided a quote accordingly. "I called on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Kurt called before our appointment time to say his last appointment had run over and he would be a little late which we greatly appreciated. He arrived, inspected our basement, checking humidity levels, moisture readings in the walls & floors etc. He believed our problem could be solved by lowering the humidity level with a de-humidifier. Recommended a couple of brands, where to place them etc. We are following all his advice and hopefully will not have a mold problem again, but if we ever do, I would not hesitate to call Kurt back.

"Valpo Services provided a great service from start to finish. Our house was built in 1925 and did not have air duct only window air conditioning units.
After we made the necessary research and requested several quotes, we decided
to use Valpo Services for the installation of a Central Air Unit. Walter came
to our home and provided us with several different options for a Central Air
Unit that would fit our home and needs. For the first time we did not feel pressured
to buy a specific Unit. At the end of the day Walter provided us with a really
competitive quote and showed us a timeline for the installation. Our questions
were always answered on a timely manner. Walter, Hector, Alex and the rest of
the team were always on time, worked hard to make sure the unit was installed on

"It did not work out too well. The schedule it was just horrendous, for example they were scheduled to come at 4:00 on a particular day and about 10 minutes before I get an email saying he wasn't coming because of delays with other clients. That didn't make me real happy. I don't know on the price, I guess it was ok. They did not paint my deck because it had been painted before, and they said they could not do that, so they just power washed it for $279, or whatever the price was. I would not use them again. Do not use them. Scheduling was horrdenous and then once I did get them scheduled they didn't show up, and when they did show up they were late. The work was inferior."

"I brought my car in for service because it was running rough. A few months before I had the power steering pump replaced and within about a month it began to make a noise. I figured it was due to low fluid but, the fluid level was fine.  ABS told me they would diagnose my car and give me a call and tell me what I needed to repair.  They called me about an hour later at work  and listed the repairs they recommended.  Their list included a new power steering pump.  I told them to not replace the pump, but to do all of the other repairs.   I picked my car up that evening and as I was driving away noticed that the power steering pump wasn't making any noise.  They didn't charge me for a new pump. So, when got home, I looked under the hood to make sure they hadn't replace the pump - they didn't.   It's been about six months and my car is still running well and the power steering pump isn't making any noise. They did something to the power steering pump - repaired it, without charging me. I am thankful that I found ABS - They are polite, professional and highly competent!
