"Standard Heating & Air Conditioning installed my furnace, central air, and hot water heater previously. I signed up for their Smart Club maintenance to have the units inspected and maintained. Earlier this year I had a no cooling issue. I was able to promptly schedule service. The issue, faulty electronic part, was repaired under warranty at no charge. Today I had my annual maintenance done. I was able to supply the air filter and humidifier pad to be used, to save on parts cost, but they will supply if I didn't already have them on hand. Both units were inspected and the humidifier pad replaced, air filter was replaced two months ago as troubleshooting for no cool issue. I was presented with the findings of the maintenance and inspection and all questions I had were answered. All costs were covered under my Smart Club membership."

"Outstanding pricing and quick installation on a new heating and AC system. Installation of new equipment was clean and very professional looking. Justin in sales did an excellent job of listening to my concerns with the old system and proposing a new system to improve heating and cooling comfort in my home. Hvac technicians Vitaliy and Igor did a wonderful job of system installation and checkout. I could not have asked for a better experience."

"The installation was fine. The guys were pleasant. It was quick and they did a good job. Afterwards I found out they installed an auto thermostat that was more expensive. I chose to pay the extra and keep it."

"We have had Standard Heating and Air as our full maintenance service company for many years. This year year we decided that our two central air conditioners, which were over 25 years old, needed to be replaced before they gave out at a bad time. We were able to get a good price from Standard and they were installed in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you guys. You did a great job. Plan on keeping Standard Heating as our maintenance company. Your customer service is great!"

"They showed up within 2 hours of my initial call. The unit was installed in less than an hour. They were more expensive than other options, but were prompt, friendly and complete. Good job."

"Jim Farrell and North Alabama Technical Services rebuilt my computer and provided me with everything I expected and so much more.  He provided the various options in equipment, including specs and pricing, answered all our questions and helped us make the best decision for our purchases.  The computer was completed in a few days, far less than expected, the installation included clear directions for use.  The package also included a good warranty for the equipment.  I was extremely pleased with his service and would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone with computer service needs."
