"Installer Zach Summer called and said he would arrive @ 8:30 AM to complete the removal of the existing garage door and install the new garage door. He arrived at 8:25 AM. I had to leave for an appointment and asked him approximately when he expected the work to be completed. He indicated he would be finished by 11:30 AM. I returned at 11:25 AM. He and his assistant Chris had the previous garage door removed, loaded on their service vehicle and the new garage door in place and operational. They were gone by 11:30 AM. I sincerely appreciate their timeliness and professionalism."
