The technician, Nicholas, arrived promptly and covered his work area with a drop cloth. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part on hand for the repair. He said he could reposition the logs correctly with no problem. He also cleaned and reconditioned the entire log set, both sets of glass and the entire back of the unit. He vacuumed the entire area before leaving. The fireplace looks FANTASTIC and operates perfectly.
